Now part of the Los Compadres neighborhood, Farrell Canyon Estates was developed by the Alexander Construction Company in 1963. The 57 parcels featured six elevation designs that evoked the exotic and international: Spanish Ranchero, Parisian, Mediterranean, Granada, and Tiki. The Parisian featured a distinctive mansard roof. The model home, the “Spanish Ranchero” model was located at 1350 S. Farrell Drive.
