Green Fairway Estates is a small subsection of homes located in the Tahquitz Creek Golf neighborhood in South Palm Springs. About 30 homes or so, designed by architect Donald Wexler A.I.A. and Richard Harrison, incorporated several models of 3- and 4-bed homes: -the St. Andrews, Gleneagles, Capilano, Royal Melbourne, and the Royal Singapore. Although not all homes have retained the original architecture, most of them remain true to the “unpure” midcentury architecture Wexler and Harrison designed.
