In 1974, Greenhouse (and sister community Greenhouse East) was designed by architect Max Starkman, AIA who previously worked for Richard Neutra. Greenhouse has beautiful sprawling grounds with a large central pool and spa and tennis courts. All condos are about 1,200 square feet with a 1-car garage and private courtyards. Some units also have private pools or spa. Rental Policy = 30 day minimum.
