King’s Point is a collection of 44 detached homes in Palm Springs, designed by architect Willam Krisel and built between 1968 and 1970. Originally, the architectural style was known as International Modern or Internationalism which eventually became famously known as “Midcentury Modern”. Krisel was able to create a multi-home project with King’s Point, combining structural elements with 21st Century touches. Kings Point homes are known for their sizeable footprint, shallow front yards, and flat roof styles. Rental policy requires a 30 day rental minimum.
