Sumor Estates’ first 11 homes were built in 1955 by Robert Higgins and sold for around $17,600. The Alexander Construction Company took over for Higgins, and built most of Sunmor Estates. Around 1960, Jack Meiselman built homes on Juanita Rd. The Sunmor Alexander homes are William Krisel’s “Ramon Rise” design which can be seen in the Little Beverly Hills neighborhood.
